Aryeh Finegold
Dubbed a serial entrepreneur, Aryeh Finegold has an impressive track record spanning nearly three decades. Aryeh started his career in the 1970s as an engineer at Intel's US operations and later that decade, he founded Daisy Systems. In the Eighties, Aryeh founded Mercury Interactive (NASDAQ:MERQ) and took it public in 1993, serving as its CEO, and then as chairman until co-founding Orsus in March 1999. Today, Mercury is a worldwide leader in web performance-management solutions. Aryeh's combined managerial and entrepreneurial skills have earned him an international reputation as an expert in the technology business. Aryeh is an expert in strategic planning and building businesses and has served on the board of directors of several corporations.

Amnon Shoham
Amnon Shoham is a co-founder and managing partner of Cedar Fund, a $225 million venture capital fund and invests in the telecommunications, networking, Internet-infrastructure and enterprise software areas. Mr. Shoham brings to Cedar and to its portfolio companies a wealth of experience and a global perspective investing in and building quality high tech companies from the ground up. Mr. Shoham focuses on investments in the enterprise software space, where he has been an active investors since 1993. His portfolio of investments achieved successful returns over the last decade, and he served as director on the boards of a number of NASDAQ-traded companies.

Hanan Gilutz
Hanan Gilutz has over 30 years of experience managing fast growth, hi-tech international companies, including management consultancy with McKinsey & Co., and the co-founding of Orbotech Ltd., (NASDAQ: ORBK). Mr. Gilutz, a Computer Engineer with an MBA from MIT, is an “angel” investor and director in several hi-tech companies and he contributes to the board his knowledge in strategic development and international marketing gained through his hi-tech management positions.

Ron Levkovitch
Ron Levkovitch is Co-Founder and Joint Managing Director of the Epsilon investment house, one of Israel's leading privately-owned investment houses. Ron Levkovitch is responsible for Epsilon's capital market activities. Previously Ron was the Managing Director of the mutual fund division of Consolidated Resources and Co-Managing Director of the publicly traded Zion Resources. Between 1997 and 2001 Ron served as substitute director of the America Israel real estate investment company, which he co-founded. Since 1998 he is an external director of the Alumayer group. Ron holds a B.A Economic from Tel-Aviv University, and is licensed by the Israeli securities authority in portfolio management.
