Gil Weiser : CEO
A long-time leader in the Israeli business, Gil Weiser has more than 25 years experience in management and operations.  With executive posts at corporate, academic and financial entities from Hewlett Packard and chairing the Haifa University Executive board to the Israel Stock Exchange. Over the years, Mr. Weiser has managed the following companies: CEO of Digital corp. (DEC) Israel (1976-1993), President & CEO of Fibronics-Worldwide network solution Corp. (1993-1995) and the CEO of HP Israel and CMS corp. (1995-2000). Mr. Weiser acts as chairman/director of the following companies:  Fundtech, BBP, Formula systems, Optibase, Clicksoftware and Carmel. Previously, Mr. Weiser acted as chairman/director of Tescom, Regisoft, VKB and Safebit and was the Acting Vice Chairman for ORAMA – International investment Banking group and the board member of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (2002-2004). Gil Weiser holds a Master of Science from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Rafi Bhonker: Vice President of Marketing & Sales
Rafi Bhonker is an international executive with over 20 years experience in software marketing and sales. Before joining Orsus in 2006, Mr. Bhonker was EVP of Corporate Sales & Marketing at Babylon, Vice President of International Operations at CareerHarmony, co-founded UCmore, an Internet software company and Vice President of International Marketing at NetManage (NASDAQ: NETM). Previously Rafi established the Mercury Interactive (NASDAQ: MERQ) operations in Santa Clara, California. As part of Mercury's management team he was instrumental in the introduction and sales of automated software testing tools to the North American market. Mr. Bhonker holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Gal Oron: President, Americas
Gal Oron brings many years of experience in managing the pre and post sales and marketing activities in the US and Asia Pacific markets. In his current position, Gal is responsible for the overall sales, marketing and operations in the US. Since joining Orsus in 2000, Gal has served in several management positions and was instrumental in shaping the corporate strategy and the definition and design of the Situator product line. He successfully established sales channels and initiated marketing programs. Gal holds a BA degree in computer science and economics from the Tel Aviv University.

Alex Taskar: Chief Financial Officer
As the CFO of Orsus, Alex is responsible for all company planning, reporting and financial management worldwide. He has played an active role in Orsus' successful fund-raising efforts with venture, corporate, private and strategic investors. With nearly a decade's experience in corporate finance, Alex leads company finance teams in the US, Europe, Asia and Israel. Prior to joining Orsus in 1999, Alex lead Mercury Interactive's Israeli operations where he managed all key financial affairs, including acquisitions and legal matters. Prior to Mercury, Alex held senior positions with accounting and consulting leader PriceWaterhouseCoopers. A certified public accountant, Alex holds an undergraduate degree in accounting and economics as well as an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Max Kholmyansky: Vice President of Research and Development
Max Kholmyansky joined Orsus in 1999 and has more than 10 years of experience in software development. Based in Israel, Max manages the Orsus product development team and is instrumental in shaping the architecture and functionality of Orsus technology. Max came to Orsus from Mercury Interactive where he directed a group that developed Application Performance Management Enterprise Software Testing solutions for Fortune 2000 companies. During his years at Mercury, he gained considerable expertise in the leading software development technologies. Max was also an IS manager and instructor in the Israeli Air Force. Max holds an undergraduate degree in computer science as well as a Masters degree in mathematics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Raz Birman: Vice President of Technical Operations
Raz Birman joined Orsus in 2002, and has 18 years of telecommunication experience holding various positions from engineering management to technical marketing at both software vendors and network operators. At Orsus, Raz is responsible for the global support of Orsus' products including technical support, educational and professional services. He and his team are focused on providing service excellence to Orsus' partners and customers. Prior to joining Orsus, Raz was Director of Technical Marketing at Speedwise Technologies where he was responsible for all technical services. Prior to his position at Speedwise Raz held engineering management positions at Nextel Communication and Geotek Communication in the US. Raz holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tel-Aviv University and a Master of Science in Management degree from Polytechnic University of NY.
